This competition is open to any person resident in the United Kingdom. Prize Penguin assumes that you are aged 18 or over or, if you are under 18, that your parents have consented to your entry into the competition and these rules.
TO ENTER:
All valid email address entries will be entered into the prize draw. Multiple entries will be counted, up to the count of one per hour per email address. Entries are only valid for that month’s prize, you will need to enter again the next month for the following draws. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Prize Penguin reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition.
By entering any of our draws you are consenting to receive relevant updates via email from Prize Penguin. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
TIMING:
The closing date of each draw is 20:00:00 GMT on the last day of each month. Entries must be submitted no later than the closing date/time.
USE OF DATA:
Any personal data which you provide when you enter this competition is governed by Prize Penguin’s Privacy Policy.
THE WINNER:
The winner will be determined by a random draw, made from all valid entries and will be notified within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. The draw will be conducted by Prize Penguin. The winner will be notified by email. Prize Penguin reserves the right to publish the initial and surname of the winning participant. If the prize winner has not responded within 7 days of notification, that winner will forego the right to claim and the prize will be void.
PRIZE:
The cash prize will be determined by Prize Penguin and will correlate with the displayed funds at 19:59:59 GMT on the last day of each month. The prize will be paid via PayPal within 28 days of the winner being notified.
MINORS:
If any prize winner is a child or young person (i.e. under the age of 18) we may request that the Terms and Conditions applicable to the competition be signed by the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded. Any such prize may, at our discretion be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian.
OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Prize Penguin’s decision shall be final. Prize Penguin reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice or in the unlikely event of unforeseen major catastrophe.
We exclude all liability whatsoever for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities, injury or disappointment including any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings suffered by you, howsoever arising in connection with the competition and/or prize.
Prize Penguin’s decision shall be final and non-appealable.
